The SKA are looking to hold trials for the Scotland National Team on Saturday the 21st of November 2015 from 11.30 till 3.30 at Crags centre in Edinburgh.

This is the moment we kick off our new international cycle with the selection of the Scotland Korfball Squad for the Euro Bowl and ultimately the European Championships. I would like to invite all eligible Korfball players and those that will be eligible in the future to apply for the Scotland National Korfball Team trials.

Players are eligible to join the squad if they, or any one of their parents or grandparents were born in Scotland, they have lived in Scotland for 3 years, or will have lived in Scotland for 3 years at the time of playing the in the Euro-bowl.

Scotland coach Johan Oosterling has the following advice for players:
“This is an exciting opportunity for players to take the next step up from competing in local, regional & national leagues. Prepare really well and take the try outs event seriously as you need to be at your very best. I am really looking forward to see Scotland’s finest korfball talent at the try outs.”Could you please let us know before the 1st of November if you will be able to attend the trials and / or like to be considered for the squad? Please reply to this email or email nicol@scotlandkorfball.co.uk with your name, club, korfball experience, date of birth and how you qualify.
