Update: The deadline to apply for this role has been extended to 5pm on 5th September.

The Scottish Korfball Association is seeking to appoint, on a voluntary basis, an experienced and talented individual to the role of National Team Coach for the Scottish national korfball team.

The individual appointed will be expected to begin in September 2015, and remain in post until November 2016, when reappointment may be considered.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to build on the exceptional work done by Beth Bennet over her 8 years in the post, which saw Scotland finish in 11th place at the 2014 European Championship, just one place short of qualification for the World Championship.

A full role description, together with person specification, is attached.  Please note that these are the minimum requirements, and we hope to appoint someone who meets as many of the desirable criteria as possible.

All applications (as set out in the attached document) must be received by 5pm on 5th September.

If you wish to discuss this opportunity informally, please contact chair@scotlandkorfball.co.uk.
